picturing FOCUS

When things in my life go to all hell, and I'm ruminating about the past or worrying about the future, I find serenity by focusing. Focusing on this day, this moment. And everything in the front or back of me blurs into the background.

    I have spent a lot of my life in a day-dreaming sort of world. To bring all of me into the present moment I have had to adopt the mantra “FTD FTD FTD” Focus Think Do.

  3. I like that mantra. But I really need to focus more the thinking — and just being — rather than the doing.
